Cancellation of order
Orders are processed shortly after they are submitted. Customers can request a cancellation within 3 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet entered the packing or shipping stage. After this point, cancellation may no longer be possible. We advise reviewing all order details carefully before completing the purchase.

Change of address/telephone number
If you wish to change the phone number or address provided when ordering, please contact us as soon as possible before shipping. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change this information. In this case, you will need to request a resend and place a new order.

If you have any issues with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the carrier directly before contacting us. Tracking information may take 1-3 business days to appear.
