Job Title: Texture & Color Strategist (Lead)

Department: Product Development & Design Description: As a Texture & Color Strategist, you are the visual architect of our collections. You are responsible for researching emerging texture and color trends and translating them into the unique identity of Montaviel. You will work closely with the design team to determine fabric choices, develop color palettes, and ensure that each collection tells a harmonious and innovative story. You have an instinct for detail and a deep understanding of how materials determine the look and feel of a garment.

Required Skills: In-depth knowledge of textiles and color theory, strong analytical and creative thinking, experience with trend analysis, and excellent communication skills to convey your vision.
